While my room was well-decorated and comfortable, the limited heating facilities and merely adequate tea and coffee options were disappointing. The small parking area could lead to inconvenient double-parking situations, potentially detracting from the experience. On a high note, the complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi were appreciated. The dining experience was commendable, with a good selection available for both breakfast and dinner, ensuring quality without unnecessary extravagance. For those seeking a quaint getaway, the Cloud Hotel's offerings justify the price, yet visitors should consider their expectations regarding amenities. For a future stay in the New Forest, I recommend exploring other options for a more rounded luxury experience.
